Learn about Diversity in Law
Our Story
Diversity in Law was founded to address the challenges faced by individuals from diverse and less privileged backgrounds who aspire to build careers in law. Our founder, Tarisai's own experiences navigating the complexities of legal education and qualification sparked her desire to make a difference.
Our Committee are all like-minded, career driven individuals who aim to empower others. From helping students with applications and CVs to organising panel discussions and workshops with Ireland's top law firms, Diversity in Law aims to become a platform for connection, mentorship, and opportunity.
Our Vision
We believe that diversity enriches the legal profession and strengthens its ability to serve society. At Diversity in Law, our goal is to create pathways for talented individuals from all backgrounds, champion inclusion, and advocate for meaningful change. Everyone's path to success is different but valid, so we are here to help you navigate it.
The important thing about the community Diversity in Law want to build is ensuring that there is support for all, irrespective of what stage you are in your career. Take a look at our Events Page to see our previous engagements and if you'd like to be a part of our vision.
